This is addressing something way back on page 4, but I did want to say that body armor will not stop an AK-47 round I believe within 100 yards or something. So, if everyone got an AK-47, it wouldn't matter if the criminal was wearing body armor, it would still easily penetrate. It would take level 4 body armor, and non-armor piercing bullets, to stop an AK round.

It was mentioned that hundreds of rounds were shot at the guys in Hollywood and they didn't go down. That would be because they were PISTOL rounds. What eventually stopped those guys? AR-15's. Thank you very much.

from 2007 to 2011, 147 people in New York alone were arrested committing crimes while wearing body armor. statistics are few on this, but that's more than the what, 2 mass shootings we're talking about to justify the reduction in clip size and the banning of "Assault weapons"
