Whatever you are trying to prove by posting it. Seems like one third teachers are dumb, one third gun control is dumb, one third terror laws are dumb. No matter which you choose, this just doesn't matter in any serious way.

girl is 5. i doubt she said "i'm going to shoot you with my plastic pink bubble gun". most likely she said "i'm going to shoot you with my gun" and that's what the teacher heard, not knowing the context.
pretty sure every kid says stuff without fulling explaining the intention or in the proper context and gets in trouble for it.
