Okay, so now that the police and DAs have exercised their discretion as they see fit, you guys are upset about it, while defending the very same principle (discretion) that allows this to happen.
Again, with all due respect, that makes no sense.
A better idea is to allow the courts to decide. I for one would love to see this guy put in front of a jury for criminal charges stemming from his heroism.
