The gubmint and their media attack dogs have turned this into a culture war simply because of their one-sided and frankly ignorant propaganda (twisting the meanings of assault weapons, semi-autos, "clips" over magazines, etc.), the airwaves and print are relentless in putting maximum blame on guns and whitewashing everything else. Nobody can talk about mental illness or the effect of drugs on these people- it all gets buried under all the overreaction and paranoia.

I can make weapons grade bubbles in the tub. But it has a very short shelf life.

Just imagine. A kid could buy cases of these and make a weapon of mass destruction.
