but gun crime as been declining for 2 decades. there is no need for a mass movement. we need to reform our mental health system which has been in decline since the 1970s.

Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.

He calls assault rifles "weapons of war" and states how police chiefs do not want their cops outgunned.
Um, if they are weapons of war, what "war" are the cops fighting? Why is the civilian police force militarized? Is it at war with the citizens?
