i'd consult with brother occam before throwing in with the conspiracy theory. furtyher, since it was on the pad it's just their investigation, but as they want to put government assets in the air i think the feds should look into this and not just believe whatever musk says

You would expect the blast to probably be around the fuel tanks, not the payload. But who knows?
