Yes but those things are either actually fixable or aren't true problems. You cant say that a program being suspended when you hit the X is a basic lack of functionality as an arguing point here. The only thing that is limited that I've found is some software, which can be solved with dual booting, or a virtual desktop.
Oh well I guess closing programs when I press the X is means Windows is limited. Derp.
