Absolutely. These aren't valid complaints whatsoever. Ueber is simply applying his own personal misfortunes to everyone else. I've had Windows 8 for a year and it has never crashed on me - Spider, fcstar and you have also indicated that stability isn't a problem, but surprise surprise, the most stubborn man alive insists there's a problem. I don't know anyone who has had a serious complaint beyond those people who hate Metro. And based upon the links Uber provided, those people just want to complain about small, insignificant, aesthetic changes, that have no real impact on day to day functionality or performance.
