Posted: Mon Mar 04, 2013 5:17 pmI would say go for it. Its hard to build a computer for $400 including windows, seeing as Windows itself is like $100-120. Nothing looks terribly wrong with the specs anyways - just realize the parts in it are probably very cheap.

Posted: Mon Mar 04, 2013 5:19 pmoh, and if you are planning on using this for gaming, the processor isn't exactly the best. 2.2ghz is fine for work stuff but heavy gaming not so much.
