Yup - I'll be getting one the first day it's released, along with Forza 5. Going to preorder soon. It'll be $500, give or take.
BTW, the Kinnect cameras and sensors aren't on when the box is turned off. It's nothing more than a glorified webcam. Turn the computer off, and the webcam is off.
It'll have Bluray, and is supposed to attempt to be able to watch TV through it (still need a cable box, but you'll control it with your voice via the Xbox menus).
