I was doing some reading on this the other day, and I think they were definitely right to not consider it a disorder... although there has been worrying signs about the impact of the internet on male sexual performance. Doctors are reporting tons of young, otherwise healthy male patients suffering from erectile dysfunction, and a common thread appears to be frequent masturbation and porn viewing.
They can't get it up for the willing hotty in front of them, they need to see it on a screen and be able to control exactly what and when stuff happens.
I frankly wouldn't be surprised if that ended up being a legitimate disorder.

They are studying normal people rather than sex addicts. That's like looking at the histamine response of people with no allergy and concluding that there is no such thing as allergy.

Sex addiction is akin to food addiction.
