Uh, tl;dr a human can make a mouse's tail twitch with a computer interface hooked up to their brain.

Pretty cool.
Am I bad person because my 1st thought about a practical application was wondering if one could hook it up to a member of the opposite sex...

Well, duh. What's the point? Women have been controlling men for millennia, just by twitching their tails.

Humans controlled other humans pretty much throught our history. Nothing really new here. Media is probably the biggest thought control device in our history so far.

one of the limiting factors of humans using comic book levels of strength is that pain forces your body to not push your muscles too much. imagine if you could control a person though, like a drone pilot except a person, and you wanted to use them as an assassin. you'd have assassin's creed/mirror's edge shit going on in no time. no pain, no fear of death, nothing. you could push a human body to it's absolute limit.
the possibilities are amazing.
