As long as there is a massive welfare program, the population will continue to explode. America is a wealthy nation, but probably not a bottomless pit of opportunity for all who can get here, legal or otherwise. Unless the bottomless pit of opportunity is the massive welfare system itself. And that is just a feel good illusion.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

I think there should be a 2 kid limit for welfare.

The fastest growing segment of our population is the indigent and poor. They better plan for that because it is happening right now and snowballing with time.
