What "Holiday" exactly would I be referring too when saying "Happy Holidays"? The one with Christmas lights, Santa, gift giving and a day off work? The one that is "coincidentally" at the same time of year that we have traditionally celebrated Christmas? They get a day off work because it is "Christmas Day", not because it is "Holi Day".
Countries have their core religions, and people need to realize this when immigrating to these countries. If I am in Israel, I am not going to loose my shit on somebody that makes reference to Hanukkah am I?
If there was nothing to complain about, some people would never speak.
