Not really a big online purchaser (some at X-mas time) and I still write checks for bills. Every January 1st I claim any cards I used for online purchases lost/stolen then put the newly issued replacement card(s) away in my wallet till next X-mas. I carry a money clip with greenbacks for everyday stuff. Cash is my cure for being hacked.

Whenever you use electric money, always get the paper receipt so you can keep score. Then actually keep score.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
