The world could be just a bigger version of Easter Island. When they show pic's of starving children with flies crawling on them, followed by the usual story of how bad and un fair the world is, all I can think of is how stupid their parents are. If you can't feed them, don't breed them.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

uh, no they don't "need to over eat" lol what. nutritional value is calories. you overeat the amount of calories because it doesn't have enough calories? lolwut?
you can eat your daily allowance of calories in oreos, minus 50, and you will lose weight. or add in 50 more calories and you'll put some on.
and no that's not the "only way". genetically modified food will improve food stocks
the fact of the matter is if there is too much of a population it will control itself; there's no need to exert force onto it, these things happen naturally
