I'm not going to blame the retailers because people would prefer to go save a few bucks on some stupid sale rather than spend thanksgiving with their family. As for people who have to work, well, it does kind of suck, but then again restaurant workers have been dealing with this issue forever.

Walmart is opening as early as 8PM on Thanksgiving. Its not even black Friday anymore...
One more excellent reason to boycott them.

I'm going shopping on Black Friday, but I refuse to shop on Thanksgiving. I don't particularly care for the holiday, but I don't like that they keep pushing and spreading the sale out. Newegg has like a black November and shit. That's just annoying. It's way cooler/more fun to have everything on one day. Like a disgusting consumer spending festival.
