Posted: Fri Mar 28, 2014 9:12 amOne clarification that isn't reflected in the numbers. People have a low opinion of all Congressmen EXCEPT their own. Approval ratings for a constituency's own representative are still relatively high. But, people think that EVERYONE ELSE'S Congressmen are shitty.
