Lol @ anyone who would give up their home for a dog.

As far as dogs go though, I think Pit Bulls are pretty cool and quite friendly if raised properly. They shouldn't be singled out.

Its simple stupid lawsuit stuff.

Who is responsible for the damage?
Who has money?


Renters tend to not have a lot of assets, they are lawsuit proof, so the lawyers want someone to be able to sue. They most likely got some kids with missing faces on TV and said "think of the children" and nobody could fight the law properly.

it's all a conspiracy from the lawyers.

not all pitbull owners are retarded douchbags, but all retarded douchbags own pitbulls. no such thing as a dog that's born bad, but there is a sub-cultural (my clients) who are monumentally irresponsible with dogs and mostly those dogs are bullies (pitbulls or pitbull mixes).

if you own an apartment building with no/tiny back yards, you let your tenants own pitbulls, and one of those pitbulls acts out it's negligent enough that it should get to a jury.
