Hold on, for a second. Put yourself in the shoes of a probate court judge. First, you have to get reelected, so there is the will of the voters to worry about. Then you have the highest judge in the state issuing an order to not comply with the ruling? I believe that the state is going to have to impeach the Chief Justice to resolve this. I'm all for same sex marriage, polygamous marriage, etc. but I see where these probate judges are between a rock and a hard place.
