It sounds like you're just listing American interventions. Those seemed to be neoconservative efforts, not neoliberal ones.

Oil only accounts for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and at that, you're discounting neocon interests towards Israel, deterring al Qaeda, and exercising a bloated MIC leftover from the Cold War.
Even at that, we're not talking about defending American investments. We're talking about supporting trade partners.
