So this manual, or whatever you want to call it, reads like a disgruntled list of grievances that could be summed up more concisely as "Politicians are dishonest, opportunistic, and without principle."
That's fine that you feel that way, but the reason you're getting this negative reaction is that everyone has already heard these complaints a million times, and we all know where it comes from. That you are airing your grievances under the guise of somehow educating us is rubbing people the wrong way.

The main requirement these days is they be silver tongue blowers of smoke. People love that, and take it hook,line,sinker, every four years.
