Just to answer one question.
In anarcho-communism if you had a personal farm that your family used to feed itself that would be personal property. You are using the land productively to maintain you and your family or other group's lives. On the other hand a big factory farm with many workers is a means of production and it's output should be available to all. It's output is the sum of society's total input and so should be a public facility.
If someone needed shoes or what have you they would just go to the store and get some. Why does money have to be involved in the transaction? Why do some people have to be excluded from sharing in societies wealth?
