The fact remains it's a form of governance. It's how society's self regulate. The fact is Ueberman and Precocity do not need to use force to govern this community. They do not need an established geographic territory to provide governance. They only need to use voluntary association and this is what is at the heart of a community. People coming together voluntarily to achieve some type of goal.
If someone is banned it is simply a matter of terminating their association with the rejected member of the community.
The only *derp* is not recognizing this.

It would be really interesting to see a study done on how much labor is used to maintain the consumption cult capitalism relies on (advertising, marketing, most forms of banking) and the ramifications of limiting these industries and the working hours (less labor spent on daycare, etc.) I'm highly skeptical that the routine we all basically have accepted as necessary is the best.
