Combine it with Roger Penrose's theory of the quantum brain, and you'd have a really interesting way to explain and explore consciousness and reality.

i'm going to have to take a look t penroses theory so we can discuss, sounds intriguing.
human consciousness is afascinating subject, do you do any type of meditation etc?

i'm starting to get pretty good at altering my consciousness without chemicals, i can go right into an altered state at will, given the right conditions.

its funny you should say that, mindfulness is something I am working on recently as well. The first step of perceptive development is to get everything out of being conscious in a normal state that you can. We filter out a ton of information, not all of it trivial.
I personally like eastern methods for the aesthetic but I've recently begun practicing with an esoteric group that focuses on western methods that deal with the subject matter at hand. What I've found is that they are doing the same thing, almost an interchangeable methodology, really.

It is difficult to comprehend the repercussions if these theories are true. The human mind would be elevated from a bunch of animal matter to a creator of universes.
