Maybe they want kids instead of career's ? Could just be that simple.

Let's be real for a moment.
Blair Waldorf was the complete package. Most women seem great but really they will ruin your life. Blair seems like she will ruin your life but she's actually great. She had it all, not sure why anyone would choose Serena.
