Maybe he should propose a bill before Congress. The Help Stop Guam from Tipping Over Act. He could get Sheila Jackson to co-sponsor it.

You know what the crazy part is about "stupid legislators"? They are usually the hardest ones to educate if you are trying to convince them of something. When I worked for the hospital as a lobbyist, I would rather have been tasked with convincing a rather intelligent trial attorney (our arch nemesis) of my point of view than some idjit.
