Recently I've seen a few campaigns against bullying. They involve talking to the bullies and telling them how bullying hurts your feelings. I don't recall that ever working for anyone. Suspending bullies sometimes work, but often times don't. But I like unconventional approaches so here's my unconventional approach to anti-bullying. Instead of punishing them, we reward them. Every time a bully picks on someone, his mom should come in to his gym class and bring him a packed sandwich and apple sauce. Then she should kiss him goodbye and say ''I love you sweetie. '' then warn the other boys not to hurt her precious. A bully no matter how tough will not be able to remain a bully after seeing such loving gesture from his mother. What do you think?
Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
