Simple as that. What is the best single food item (or dish) that you can think of?
For me, it's a Cuban roast pig. Marinated in sour orange juice and garlic for a day before, then roasted slow over a hardwood charcoal fire, homemade mojo poured over towards the end, then finished off with a hot fire to crisp the skin.
Crisp skin, juicy meat, gelatinous fat, crunchable bones, tongue, brains, etc. All are great - but the single best part is the cheek. Mmmm - the cheek.
