Its even better to go to a 3rd world country and get paid mostly in cash so you can hide your actual income from the IRS. Im not saying I do that but I have heard of others doing it...

i have a friend who set up a nonprofit. buys items at big box stores paying no sales tax, then returns and gets the money back, including sales tax which he never paid to begin with. don't know how practical this is since he is kind of a douche, but it's an interesting idea to get money out of the tax system.
