Juggalos are real gangs in Nevada. I couldn't believe it when I first got stationed here, I thought it was a joke. Then I went to a bar and saw a group of them run up in the place, causing a ruckus and a hullabaloo and even a shenanigan or two. I mean..............they ARE a joke, especially to anyone who grew up in a big city with crips and pirus and folk and mexican mafia and biker gangs and all that. But they consider themselves a gang and they commit crime (kind of), so I don't know what other criteria the FBI needs. I would compare it to the more hardcore, violent "straight edge" kids. It doesn't mean the whole movement is a gang or that much of a threat, but there are definitely small groups here and there who have taken the title and made a gang out of it. It is what it is.

I knew the juggalo thing was serious when I went to Wal-Mart and saw a whole trailer park family (including the baby) in clown face paint. I almost shit myself laughing.
