I loved that cheese spray when I was a kid and used to ingest it directly into my mouth sans crackers.
I haven't touched that stuff in years however. The quality/availability of cheese in the US has raised exponentially in the last 20 years, so there's no need to get the processed stuff. I can get just about any cheese I want by driving less than 5 minutes from my house. Local store has an amazing selection.
