Let's not be a bunch of asocial Menson-esque weirdos now. NYC is definitely too crowded but I don't get what the problem is with having to see other people throughout he day. All this "wide open space" factor when rating a place is way overrated.

Okay but people don't live In a states average population density. And unfortunately moving to the forest is hard if you still want to live on the grid.
