if i wanted to get one of those high paying jobs in WA how difficult would it be to get a work permit and all that?

Ok, finally got the conversion working. The Russian farm is only 15,000 km2
Not even as big as the Aussie farm, not even close to the Canadian farm.

Guys, San Diego is the best city in California and the country. There's a reason almost no one leaves or wants to leave there. It's much different than Los Angeles.
Best weather, great food, great women, great attitude, great nightlife, beach all year round, etc. I plan to move back down there some day.

well, i'm exaggerating a bit. 
Though while the beach cities in LA are better, I like the beach itself better in SD.
