Well, there has been more than once when I've been let off with a warning for having some weed or a traffic violation or something. I think most cops are regular joe type guys, you just gotta come at them right. They appreciate it.
Next time you get pulled over put both hands at 12 o clock on the steering wheel until they they get to your window and ask you to roll it down. You'll have a cop that knows you are working with him instead of against him. it works.
