Soccer still sucks, but it's like you said, a 3 year old can understand it, which is what makes it so popular. We know the majority of the world population is made up of cretins, buffoons and imbeciles. This game is so mind numbingly stupid that it's impossible to not understand it.

i'm usually very pro-soccer but in this case i think bauce has provided a superior argument

Soccer is a great game to play. Brutal to watch, other than for streakers and riots.

Baseball, on the other hand, is never not boring.

ALL professional sports are boring as f**k to watch, at least on TV. I swear to god 75% of the people who follow them only do so because they like participating in fantasy leagues or fantasize that they really belong to the "XYZ sport tribe".

That being said the bottom 5 ranked sports, least boring of the boring to most mind numbingly boring is as follows:

Basketball
Hockey
Soccer
Golf
Baseball

I actually stopped dong fantasy cause I was interfering with my ability to enjoy just watching the games. People who think baseball is boring to watch typically don't really understand the game very well and would prefer to see home runs every inning, etc.
