wait, aren't you a linux head? are you using an emulator on a laptop to play RTWII and it works?

It runs really smoothly but I can't go any better than High settings. The card is actually decent for what it is. Don't get me wrong, I need a new one, but it can play Mass Effect 3, Borderlands 2, Rome, etc.
I got a really decent start for $399. 8GB ram, quad core processor, etc. I need a new power supply and a GPU though. Gotta be micro ATX unfortunately.

I havent installed mine yet because Im too addicted to ps2. 
When I played R1, I loved going all cavalry using the Seleucids, just run circles around the enemy till they charged, then I would swing back and attack their units while they were moving and broken up.
