Oh, they had lots and lots of proof and witnesses.. If this was a criminal trial Lance would be going away for a long time.
That said in a sport where one has to ride up hills and mountains and ride for miles and hours and push your body to the absolute limit I don't see how anyone can do that without PED.. When he was active and racing I was sure he was using drugs, but then I thought in that damn sport they all probably did..
But I guess he was threaten people and team mates, and doing all sorts of nasty things.. So that didn't help him out any.

If drugs are what is necessary to take any endeavor to the next plateau then drugs will be used by everyone involved. What is silly is creating the false facade that they are not used and then using that facade as a political weapon.
