It was a fantastic episode but...Cersei is downright fantastical now. Without any of her children left to protect she has no humanizing elements left to her - she's going to become a brutal Queen. She'll become what the Mad King was. And I think Jaime knows it too, his face looked concerned/frightened upon seeing her on the throne.
