Fair point.
Destroy the used game market as we know it, more fair to say.
Imagine if the automakers could stop used car sales...or just prevent their cars from being bought or sold anywhere but their dealerships, where they could control the prices of the market from top to bottom.
Fun times for everyone but the consumer.

I don't see how, I fully expect Sony to have similar tidings in the works. Again, this is being driven by publishers as much as by Microsoft. It's an industry wide problem.
