I didn't get to see the game, but, based on the highlights I saw, the Eagles are looking really salty this year. Surprisingly, it also looks like the NFC East as a whole might be pretty competitive this year. I figured the Redskins were going to be the obvious cellar dwellers until yesterday.

God, the Cowboys need to get a pass rush before they play a decent team, or they'll get some serious points rolled up on them. So far, they haven't met any team with a really strong offense, but it's coming.

The SLURS are definitely still going to be basement dwellers. But the way I see it, this division is still the Cowboys and the Eagles. The Giants defense is somewhat improved from last year, but that doesn't mean it's actually good. And their offense is so hyped, but what have you seen in their two wins? The Cowboys have a shit defense and the Giants put up 21. The Saints have an even worse defense and the Giants put up 16, 7 of which came from special teams. And Odell Beckham is an emotionally frail crybaby so f**k the Giants.

Eagles are beastly right now. Only 20 points allowed by the defense over three games. 92 points scored. That puts them in first place for both categories. And Carson Wentz is really looking like the real deal. I'm trying to contain myself here.

Solid win for the Cowboys after a miserable start and getting down 14 points. Loved seeing the running game dominate and Zek is really starting to find his way in the NFL. If he keeps this up, I could see him being a strong contender for Rookie of the Year.

To be honest though, I didn't watch much of the first half because the Ryder Cup was f**k awesome. Some of the best head-to-head golf I've ever seen from both sides. Dominating performance by the US.
