Finally played Dishonored (I'm so far behind the curve). Pretty great game, had it been designed more like a sandbox, I'd consider it one of my favourites. At this point, though, I am of the opinion that linear games just don't cut it anymore. There are lots of ways to do things, but they seem too predetermined - Arkham City was guilty of the same thing. It just wasn't rewarding to explore.
Hitman was cool. Not amazing, but well worth playing.
Haven't played much Assassins Creed, but I did play quite a few naval battles at a friends. I will be buying the game exclusively for that, on the hopes they'll put out a naval DLC. The most sheer entertainment I've had in a long time - ramming boats, giant waves, the deck animations, the quality of the water, being able to upgrade your ship, the feeling you get when you broadside a huge boat and watch it sink to a watery grave... Badass.
Rage and Blink were lul disappointing.
