A. Like I said, I've only seen Django, but everyone has said Argo is awesome. So was ZDT but you knew going in it had no chance. Besides the fact that she just recently won best picture, the was big controversy about it and they were self-aware. Regardless, this year's crop seems like anyone could win and it wouldn't be a bad call. I had Argo pegged all along except the no director nod threw a wrench in. This is most likely not the year to complain about Best Picture. This ain't Crash, son.

B. The biggest snub was Brave winning best animated. ParaNorman should have won or (from what I've heard) Wreck-It-Ralph. Brave did not deserve that award at all.

C. i thought Seth McFarlane wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed it, surprisingly. Nothing great and probably nothing memorable, but nothing that made me cringe or want to turn the channel. I would be perfectly fine with him hosting it again.

D. I got 3 of the 4 actor awards right. Didn't think Waltz would get best supporting actor. I'm happy for him but still believe Leo and SLJ were better in the movie.

E. Lincoln got totally destroyed outside of DDL, lol. Spielberg isn't good at the oscar baits anymore. I hope he returns to his more creative ways. Life of Pi did really well so I guess I should see it.

F. The Sound Mixing on the Oscars was terrible. WTF I couldn't hear anyone over the orchestra. And I thought the Bond tribute besides Goldfinger was very meh.

G. Jamie Foxx's daughter. Holy shit. She is absolutely gorgeous. Did anyone else see her? Poor Jamie, he doesn't stand a chance...

btw...I just realized every single actor nominated for best supporting actor had already one at least 1 academy award. That's one hell of a line up.
