Can we all just agree for a fresh start accompanied by the mods consistently enforcing both the rules and their punishments?
Setup a system, starting now. First suspension, one week. Second suspension, one month. Third suspension, banned. Restart the count every year. Hold people accountable to those punishments. So if Philly creates a sock account to avoid a future suspension, elevate to one month, and so on.
It doesn't even have to be this system, just something predictable and non-arbitrary. Make everyone aware of where they are in that system and what the consequences will be for future actions. And enforce the rules fairly - did Spider get in trouble for trolling Figaro? Did Prof get in trouble for trolling Shaman? How many "points" did they get towards a suspension? This should be a fresh start but I bring these examples up to demonstrate my point.
Get serious about the modding and you won't need to have threads like this, because it'll already be clear, and everyone can follow along and see the progression, rather than getting the opinion that this is just some arbitrary kangaroo court.
