Veggies: Squash, zucchini, yellow onion, baby carrots. Sauteed in EVOO, pinch of salt, Italian seasoning mix added in as well

Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
Fresh Green Beans w/ Stewed tomatoes (+ salt)
Red potatoes, boiled then thrown in a skillet for a few mins with EVOO
