With the most accurate passer in the NFL throwing the ball, IF(a big IF) Tebow does move to TE having Brady as the QB would make the move easier..

I think Tebow would also be a good run blocker.. Pass blocking is another story, and could be the NUMBER 1 reason he couldn't play TE..

The TE has to be a decent pass blocker, especially with the Pats.. Brady throws constantly, so he's got to have a TE that will at least slow down the pass rushers, not step aside.

Hernandez is an OG, surprised at all he was able to get around the NFL watchdogs over his lifestyle.

Anyway even if the NFL knew Hernandez was a gang member, an ex-gang member, whatever I doubt very much they would care... From now on they will care..But before this? nah.. But now here we have a star, who's executing people like a Mafia soldier??? That's sure to make some of the NFL sponsors, and the NFL lawyers and PR people very queasy.

I wouldn't be surprised if before the season starts the NFL brass sits down with the Players Union and tells them things are going to change in the future when dealing with guys who get arrested, or have past criminal records.. And I doubt the Union will protest too much..

IMO....if a NFL player gets convicted of a felony, that player is banned from the league no questions asked, even if the felony is not as serious as murder. If they want to clean their image up, the NFL should stop giving so many 3rd and 4th chances to these players. They also need to be more consistent in their suspensions. Chris Henry (RIP) got 2 games after he got 2 15 year old girls drunk and had sex with them. 2 games for being a pedophile? Michael Vick got 2 games after his conviction for the dog fighting scandal. Granted he did spend 2 years in prison, but his league punishment is separate and should have been more (a ban IMO). Plaxico Burress shot himself in the ass and did not even get a league punishment. Ben Roethlisberger gets accused of rape and he gets 4 games. Some consistency please?

Well it was a first time charge for Hernandez so I dont see how this could have been prevented proactively by the NFL. Maybe a stricter compliance on background checks but they would need NSA help for that.

Well there are basically two things that a gangsta is good at: getting into trouble and getting caught. Its not like Hernandez is a pro hitman or anything like a Jason Bourne. Isn't he only 23? A wasted life if you asked me, oh well, he made his bed so now he has to live in it.
