okay here's one. most of the kids in your class are protestant because martin luther's 99 theses were posted a homework assignment and some guy was like "hey i should make copies of this and distribute it" and that touched off the whole reformation. tie it in to the fact that 99% of history is people f**k up and hilarious things resulting from it.

Did you know? Hurricane Katrina was one of the worst natural disasters in US history. The response, teamwork and rapid movement on the hands of the US government and American people was a dismal failure. Would a reflection of the lessons learned from Katrina help us in future responses to natural disasters 50 years from now?

Did you know? During the Atlantic slave trade, African Kingdoms captured and placed slaves into dungeons to sell to foreign buyers for guns, food and money. Neighboring tribes would invade and kill many members, and force them to march to the coast to be purchased as slaves. Would a recognition and reflection of these policies add to a picture of who s to blame for millions of deaths and enslaved Africans?
