Even awesomer in Doubt. As these things weirdly happen, I was watching netflix on my ps3 saturday and internet went down. I really felt lazy and just wanted to watch something and as it were, I had a video file of doubt saved on my ps3 so that's what I ended up watching. RIP

Watch him in Capote and Before The Devil Knows Youre Dead (he plays a heroin addict in it), I thought those were his two best roles.

I just read they found 50 bags of heroin in his apartment, and 20 used needles..
He was back into a full addiction. He was a regular user.. And after 23 years of being clean? Strange...

Found it interesting that the "Ace of Spades" heroin he was using hasn't been seen much since 2008.

It is typical for ex-addicts to overdose when they relapse. They are used to using the amounts they did in the past when they had a high tolerance, when they relapse they go back to the large dosages and just die.

Oh and Im with Spider on this: limited sympathy- the guy had talent but ODing and having 50 bags of heroin, sorry, cant sympathize for addict deaths...
