I raise chickens but they are food not pets. Of course, two little girls argue with me about that.

There are wild geese at a public park where I take my kids. When you get out of the car, they swarm you thinking you have food. Last time, one of them pecked my son. I was surprised, so I just picked up my son and we got in the car.
Next time, I'm breaking the goose's neck and eating him for dinner. No, that's not bravado. My main motivation is not revenge upon the goose. It's having a somewhat plausible excuse to have fresh goose on the menu.

Wasn't it banned in Chicago a few years ago IIRC? I recall some local chefs ignoring the ban and eventually getting it overturned.
