I should probably introduce myself. I'm so terrible at this.
My name is Candace.
I've been on this site a few maybe many years ago. I'm not sure what the memory translates into internet time. I'm familiar with a couple names but dont really know anyone here.
December tends to be a time for me to post.. well winter actually but it starts in December.

Lets see some info. I'm a family woman in my 40's.
I'm a Pisces I enjoy long walks and meeting smart, kind, honest people
I dislike crowds and love trees.
Very interested in food, nutrition, law, civil rights and ethnomusicology. I'm a theater going snob and enjoy metal.
I'm on the address confidentiality program even if someone keeps deleting that information from my internet and phone billing records
(twelve times that I know of in eight weeks)

I'm not sure how long I'll stay here but thanks for allowing me to use the posting space for now.
I feel a music post approaching but not much else.

I'm an American Italian, that mob business would be my department, at least in theory I should know someone.

The original reason I got on ACP I'm not too concerned about anymore.It's whats been going on with mailing address removal and phone/internet usage that's becoming more of an issue. It's been relentless and varied since I decided to stop talking to a certain military someone about politics on a political website in late 2012. Politics!
I put it here because of whats happening is getting more brazen lately and because of a hunch I have about why the address keeps getting deleted. I thought this place is small enough that there was a chance it would get to stay unlike elsewhere. I'll even leave out the details this time for goodness sakes. I just would like it out there.


I know this isn't a new-ish person forum friendly topic and it likely sounds crazy because it is.

I'm not sure what I would call it.it feels more like a dedicated meticulous, lengthy and bizarre effort to try to antagonize and or silence me. The bulk of it has happened online with email issues - very involved - websites crashing when I show up or not being able to access them after I register. (sites being attacked stopped after the place we used to post on went under)
All posts I make on Disqus are deleted. If its not Disqus, like with Livefyre, the site will be attacked with right wing spam ( site that will go from 25 posts to 700 after I start posting) Now, with sites that don't use either, the commenting system won't even show up. It appears to be blocked.
Facebook is the most very obvious in your face interference that I could list pages of incidents of my short time there, so no to that place.

It started to seem like I should think of all this differently than someone entertaining himself because he could with the most recent internet phone company issues I had. Three different tech support scenarios ended with the phone connection on my router dying. And then how often my mailing address and record of any previous conversation were deleted AND most worrisome being sent three notices of someone hacking into my billing account. Outside of that, its not new experience (2011) for me. At that point I was willing to think that company had the worst customer service in existence. This is the third time this has happened, though
I don't call about these things anymore. I go in person. I've spent around 6 hours last month in total at the current place (no idea how long on the phone) trying to get this problem taken care of. Yesterday I got my first bill sent to the right location. woot

As far as harassing, I've wondered if the same stupidity I had to continue talking to that person or continually visit that miserable website for years after the many hints he gave of who he was, could be working its way with me not getting the hint to be intimidated.NO legitimate government agency would be worried about what I have to say online and only government would have the ability to do what he has done. I'm a nobody, something of an introvert, I'm a horrible writer and I rarely post.

If I'm supposed to be intimidated I've wondered if the reason for that is that I know his name.I don't care who he was then and I don't care who he is now. As far as I'm concerned that name could be a cover too, so what's to report. The whole thing would have disappeared into the past but its continued.
So I've written to different websites, called same websites and posted on a thread of a person who was hired to investigate privacy issues (it was deleted a few days later) on one of those sites without mentioning a name and things have started to change a bit. I have no idea if it has to do with anything but you got to do something.

Hmmm.

Have you considered whether or not it's someone you know somehow in real life? They might have gotten ahold of your private information without you realizing it or something. Maybe a ex boy friend that's LEO or something like that?
